Initial contact & consultation
- Call or WhatsApp to speak with our patient coordinator.
- Gather all prior investigations and medical records.
- Attend your structured 60-minute consultation with a fertility specialist.
- Receive a personalised investigation and treatment plan on the same day.

Diagnostic workup (2–4 weeks)
- Complete all recommended blood tests, ultrasound scans and semen analysis.
- Attend a results appointment to review findings in detail.
- Agree on a final treatment protocol and start date.
- Begin any recommended pre-cycle preparation.

Your treatment cycle (4–6 weeks)
- Day 1: Baseline scan and treatment commencement.
- Days 2–10: Controlled ovarian stimulation with monitoring scans every 2–3 days.
- OPU day: Egg retrieval under sedation. Partner produces sperm sample.
- Fertilisation report: Day 1 post-OPU. Embryo updates: Days 3 and 5.
- Embryo transfer: A precise, guided procedure.
- Day 14: Pregnancy blood test (β-hCG).

Post-transfer & beyond
- Progesterone and oestrogen support medications continue.
- First ultrasound scan at 7–8 weeks to confirm heartbeat.
- Graduation to obstetric care at 10–12 weeks.
- Frozen embryos (if available) stored for future cycles.
- Ongoing emotional and clinical support — however the journey unfolds.
