Minimally invasive surgery

Surgical procedures

Our surgical team combines advanced laparoscopic and hysteroscopic techniques with fertility-preserving principles, minimising recovery time and maximising outcomes.

Laparoscopic surgery

  • Endometriosis excision

Deep radical excision using the 'cut not burn' principle to preserve ovarian reserve and maximise IVF success.

  • Ovarian cystectomy

Laparoscopic removal of benign ovarian cysts (endometriomas, dermoids) with ovarian cortex preservation.

  • Tubal surgery

Salpingectomy for hydrosalpinx, tubal recanalisation and fimbrioplasty.

  • Myomectomy

Removal of uterine fibroids affecting the endometrial cavity without hysterectomy.

Hysteroscopic surgery

  • Septum resection

Correction of uterine septum — a common cause of recurrent pregnancy loss.

  • Polyp removal

Precise removal of endometrial polyps that impair embryo implantation.

  • Fibroid resection (TCRM)

Transcervical resection of submucosal fibroids distorting the uterine cavity.

  • Adhesion lysis

Division of intrauterine adhesions (Asherman's syndrome) to restore normal anatomy.

All procedures performed by experienced fellowship-trained surgeons under general or regional anaesthesia in our accredited theatre.
